Netegral Tokens

The core of Netegral's services is our support Tokens system. The idea is simple. Our engineers are available to you 24/7 but you only pay for the time you use.

We operate three different systems, to suit your needs.

Tariff 1: Ongoing Agreement

This tariff gives the most flexibility offering per minute billing, rollover tokens and pricing based on how much you use. This is a minimum 12 month contract, invoiced monthly.

  • Band 1: 2 - 5 tokens per month, £60.00 + VAT each.
  • Band 2: 6 - 10 tokens per month, £55.00 + VAT each.
  • Band 3: 11 - 20 tokens per month, £50.00 + VAT each.
  • Band 4: 21+ tokens per month, £45.00 + VAT each.

Priority Multipliers

The Token system is based on three levels of response time: Guaranteed 20 minute response, guaranteed 1 hour response, guaranteed same day/queued response. Simply multiply the time used by the level required to calculate cost.

  • 20 Minutes 2x
  • 1 Hour 1.5x
  • Same Day 1x

Please note: Due to 'out-of-hours' access restrictions, we cannot offer the 20 minute response to Telehouse East or North.
