Netegral's NetBlock Appliances

Netegral has been closely working with Intel and SuperMicro to produce the NetBlock range of Appliances. These are designed as drop in network functionality units with full web control features.

So far the NetBlock range consists of: -

  • NetBlock-R: Routing Appliance, sporting 2 gigabit ethernet interfaces and throughput of up to 1.2M packets per second.
  • NetBlock-F: Building on the performance of the NetBlock-R, the F model adds line-speed firewalling to a network.
  • NetBlock-M: The NetBlock-M adds network wide monitoring capabilities, allowing true context monitoring of all services and devices.
  • NetBlock-G: The G appliance adds graphing capabilities to the system, allowing anything that can be obtained through SNMP to be graphed for easy display.
  • NetBlock-C: The ultimate in convenience, the NetBlock-C allows for centralised management of all NetBlock devices on your network. Our latest model also includes RIPE co-ordination features to automatically keep your database objects in line with actual configurations.
